Generally I give high marks to these folks even if well over priced. Their home furnishings inventory is lovely and the garden design component outstanding. That said, DO NOT ASK for wrapping at Christmas. A bag is not wrapping; it is a waste of paper. Not sure you can even recycle it. More amusing, nothing says Christmas like a bag that could only be described as mortuary black. Add a lily and all you need is an urn. As a retailer that prides its self on attention to detail and a price point to support it, perhaps actually wrapping in seasonally appropriate paper is the proper touch. recently picked up some outdoor plants from this shop and had such a great experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great advice. The store itself is absolutely beautiful—such a charming mix of plants and antiques. A real gem!

While on vacation my husband and I stopped in to shop the unique pottery. Although there were several sales associates no one said hello or asked if we needed help. I put down the pot I was going to purchase and we left. It is indeed a beautiful store with exquisite merchandise. However, if the sales staff can’t be bothered to assist you it’s time to shop elsewhere.

This place is fantastic for all things that are a mix of gardening, entertaining, gift giving, decorating and more. So hard to explain but everything is so beautiful and expertly put together. I found a beautiful clay plantar I liked and Amanda (Butter) helped me pick out plants that would coordinate and put it together!

I always shop at this stunning store when back home in Charleston. This time I ordered a necklace online to be shipped to my place in Hawaii. Not only was the necklace beautiful but the attention to detail in the packaging was just as impressive as if I was buying from the store. Amanda even attached a beautiful hand written card. Those little extra things make a difference. Great customer service . Can’t wait to buy again. Thank you!
